The RootLogic System · Founding guided cohort begins September 1

Build a life that has room for you, too.

When work, family, capacity, and responsibilities change, your own priorities can quickly become the flexible part of the system.

The RootLogic System teaches you a reusable way to understand why that keeps happening, identify what needs to change, and recalibrate your plans and decisions—without automatically abandoning what matters to you.

Across four weeks, I’ll teach the method live through six sessions. You’ll use your System Map, a focused workbook, and one recurring situation from your own life. Every class is recorded, and you can submit questions after each session for a private audio Q&A with transcript.

Four weeks will not create a life without tradeoffs. It will teach you how to see the tradeoff sooner, make it more deliberately, and stop making the same one automatically every time.

Where this starts

When the week changes, your own priorities are the first thing to move.

You make a reasonable plan. Work expands, someone needs more from you, or your capacity changes. The workout, project, trip, rest, or personally meaningful goal moves again.

That does not automatically mean you lack discipline. It may mean your priorities have become the flexible space the rest of the system is allowed to use.

I’ll teach you another way: understand why the same tradeoff keeps repeating, locate what needs to change, and recalibrate without returning to zero.

A reusable method—not another plan

You do not need a strategy that assumes life will stay still.

Most advice begins with what you should do. RootLogic begins with understanding the system expected to carry it: how you naturally operate, what your current capacity can support, what changes under pressure, and where the same pattern keeps creating cost.

The System Map helps you see the pattern. In the program, I teach you how to work with what you see—make a more deliberate decision, test an adjustment in real life, and recalibrate from evidence.

What’s included

Everything you need to learn the method and apply it to your own life.

Your RootLogic System Map

A personalized read on how you naturally operate, what changes under pressure, the pattern creating the greatest cost, and one reasonable place to begin.

Start Here prework

Orient to the method, complete your personalized Map, and define one recurring Working Situation before the first live session.

Six live sessions—with replay

Learn the method in sequence across four weeks. Attend live when you can; every session is recorded and added to the course.

Your focused workbook

Complete one bounded application per session. Each output feeds the next until you have one usable personal system.

One continuous composite case

Follow the same realistic situation through the full method so you can see the reasoning before applying it to your own life.

Post-session Q&A

Submit questions after each class. I’ll answer in a private audio Q&A with a written transcript, using RootLogic to show how I would reason through the situation.

Start Here + six sessions

Learn the system in the order it works.

Complete your System Map, orientation, and Working Situation before kickoff. Each session adds one lens and one usable output to the same situation. Session 6 completes the recalibration loop.

Session One · Operating Design

See how you naturally operate

Separate your relatively stable design from what is only true because of current pressure or conditions.

Session Two · Capacity

Read what your system can support now

Identify your current usable range and the mismatch between what the situation requires and what is realistically available.

Session Three · The Slide

See the reaction sequence

Reconstruct the predictable order through which pressure changes what your system does and identify an earlier point you can recognize.

Session Four · The Wolf

Find the point of greatest leverage

Test the dynamic creating the greatest downstream cost and read its restoration logic as the mechanism for change.

Session Five · The Ladder

Build and use one adjustment

Choose a Wolf-targeted adjustment that fits current conditions, name the recovery evidence to watch, and establish a meaningful return point.

Session Six · Return to Review

Recalibrate without starting over

Read how the system responded, decide whether to Continue, Revise, or Reassess, and update only what the evidence calls into question.

How the guided cohort runs

Live teaching with enough structure to keep the sequence moving—and replay if your week does not cooperate.

Complete Start Here before kickoff. Sessions 1–4 run twice weekly. Sessions 5 and 6 each receive a full week so you have time to put the method into use and return with evidence. Live attendance is encouraged, not required; every class is recorded.

Live teaching + replay

Six sessions across four weeks

All live sessions begin at 1:00 PM ET.

Week 1: Session 1 on Tuesday, September 1; Session 2 on Friday, September 4.

Your teacher

Hi, I’m Anna.

I’m a systems thinker, teacher, and fellow practitioner. I spent 20 years in biotech oncology research, including leading clinical teams across 65 countries, and more than a decade teaching holistic health to hundreds of women.

Across both fields, I kept seeing the same gap: knowing what the evidence recommends is not the same as knowing how to make it work inside a real human system.

My strength is taking complex ideas and frameworks and turning them into practical systems people can actually use. I teach the reasoning—not a rigid script—so you can compare the framework with your own experience and become more capable of deciding what comes next.

I use this way of thinking in my own life too. This is a practice, not a finish line.
